Ste­fan Hölzel accom­pa­nied the Sparkassen from Rhineland into online sales as the youngest board advi­sor in the Sparkassen-Finanz­gruppe before the mar­ket­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions grad­u­ate took over as head of mar­ket­ing and eCom­merce at PSD Bank Rhein-Ruhr eG at the age of 28.

After suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ing man­age­ment sem­i­nars at the Acad­e­my of Coop­er­a­tive Banks, Ste­fan Hölzel took over the man­age­ment of an inter­na­tion­al project sup­port com­pa­ny. The busi­ness activ­i­ty was dis­con­tin­ued in the course of the Coro­na pandemic.

From mid-2020, Ste­fan Hölzel will be advis­ing medi­um-sized com­pa­nies with an inde­pen­dent mar­ket­ing con­sul­tan­cy. The ser­vices are in essence: assump­tion of man­age­ment tasks on a tem­po­rary basis (includ­ing inter­im mar­ket­ing man­ag­er), sourcing/procurement or pro­cure­ment of goods and ser­vices on behalf of cus­tomers, cre­ation of mar­ket­ing con­cepts and eval­u­a­tion of third-par­ty and cus­tomer concepts.
